Trade

Commercial exhibitors, trade site holders and community groups are an integral part of the Bungendore Show.  Exhibiting at the Show is a great way of getting your business in front of potential customers. More up close and personal than any other form of advertising, you can enjoy the benefits of connecting with people while they are in festive mood in a fun and relaxed environment.

Site Requirements

A single trade space at the 2025 Bungendore Show is 3m x 4m and cost $60 unpowered and $80 powered. Stallholders must ensure that their space requirements can be met by a 3m x 4m space. If more space than this is required, stallholders can book multiple sites side by side.

Insurance

It is a requirement of the Agricultural Societies Council of NSW and the Bungendore PA & H Society Inc that all Trade Space Holders be covered for $20 million Public Liability Insurance, UNLESS they do not hold a current ABN AND have an annual turnover of less than $10,0000, in which case they must pay Bungendore PA & H Society Inc $10 to allow Public Liability Insurance coverage through the Agricultural Societies Council of NSW

Trade Terms and Conditions

All Trade Exhibitors must trade up to 4.00pm on Show Day. All Trade Exhibits must be set up by 8am on Show Day and all vehicles belonging to Trade Exhibitors must be removed from the Trade Space and must park in the designated car park area by 8am on Show Day. The only exception is Trade Exhibitors who trade from a specified vehicle, but this must be indicated to the Trade Space Booking Officer at the time of booking. On receipt of your application, if suitable space is available and approved by Bungendore PA&H Society the space will be reserved. An application for a trade space does not guarantee a space due to the limited size of the Bungendore Showground. If your application is not approved a refund of any payment made will be issued. If your application is approved, 2 free exhibitor entry passes, along with along with specific entry details will be provided closer to Show Day via email. CANCELLATIONS: No refund can be given to cancellations made within 2 weeks of the show. A full refund minus processing fees will be given to cancellations outside of 2 weeks of the show.

General Saftey Requirements

Please read the general safety requirements that are in place for the Bungendore Show.

  1. All leads and electrical equipment used within the showgrounds during the Bungendore Show to be tested and tagged to meet Workcover requirements. (Outdoor leads – every 12 months; internal, non-industrial use every 5 years).
  2. All exhibits and associated equipment to be displayed safely meeting Workcover requirements and any object deemed unsafe by the Committee of the BPAH Society to be removed or rectified as requested by a BPAH representative.
  3. No power leads to be placed on ground unless they are properly covered. Power leads can be elevated and safely tied to overhead structures. The use of power boards/double adapters is strictly prohibited at power box outlets. Non-complying equipment will be removed and disposed of.
  4. All displays to be of a static nature unless prior approval of non-static display has been granted in writing by the BPAH Society.
  5. Any vehicle movement within identified pedestrian areas during the show opening hours will require escort on foot and shall not exceed walking pace (5km/h). Emergency vehicles are exempted.
  6. All vehicular exhibits to be secured in such a way as to prevent accidental roll away, movement or operation.
  7. Any instruction or direction given by BPAH Society stewards and officials during the Show are to be followed and in the case of an accident you will be required to immediately contact a steward, the Secretary or Show Office.
  8. All waste from your activities during the Show must be disposed of in the correct manner. Contamination of recycling bins must be avoided.
  9. Noise from activities which you perform is to be kept to a level which is acceptable to BPAH Society.
  10. Bungendore Showground is an Alcohol Free Zone for the period of the Show.

All Food and Barista trade applications are subject to review and final approval by the Trade Space Officer. If your application is subsequently rejected we will provide a full refund.
