RING START TIMES AND OPERATION
Ring 1 – 9am
Ring 2 – 9am
Ring 3 – 9:30am
Ring 4 – 8am
Ring 5 -8:30am
Ring 6 – 9am
There are 6 rings so classes may clash. Rings will not be held up for any reason. Competitors must chose their classes. Ring counters will display the class being judged. If no competitors are marshalled judges may move quickly through the program.
There will be announcements for classes throughout the day HOWEVER competitors need to pay attention as not all classes will be announced. The announcer will call for marshalling well in advance of classes. Competitors are required to be prepared for rings to run quickly if there are few entries in some classes. If a competitor is not in attendance at the start of a class it is at judges discretion if they may be included in a class.
Stallion owners may request judges provide a separate class in any BREED ring as required unless a stallion class is listed for that section. This is at judges discretion and for safety reasons.
The program is very full. If low entries judging on the ring will be expected.
Pony club competitors MUST present for gear check prior to classes commencing and have an appropriately tagged helmet. Failure to pass gear check will eliminate rider from the pony club ring. No refund will be offered.
Any rudeness to judges, stewards or fellow competitors will result in a competitor being asked to leave the grounds immediately. No refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
All tickets for ring events and sporting must be purchased online.
On arrival competitors are to present a waiver at the horse section booth and receive an armband in order to compete.
All competitors are to wear a current safety standard helmet.
