Getting to the Showgrounds

The Bungendore Showgrounds are situated on Mathews Lane, a partly sealed road that comes off the Bungendore Road (the road to the Federal Highway).

About BUNGENDORE

Situated 20-30 minutes (35km) East of Canberra and the Australian Capital Territory, you will find the charming village of Bungendore. Bungendore is located in New South Wales, in a beautiful valley just south of Lake George, 265 km south-west of Sydney, 26 km north-east of Queanbeyan and 701 m above sea-level. 

GETTING TO BUNGENDORE 

Driving to Bungendore is an easy 3 hours from Sydney; about 25 minutes from Canberra; and about 7-8 hours from Melbourne, via Albury/Wodonga and Yass. Remember to stop, revive and survive every 2 hours when driving.
