Venue and Facilities

The Bungendore Showgrounds have excellent facilities, including shady dog competition arenas and extensive horse accommodation in the form of 250 steel, uncovered yards. No bookings are possible for yards, yards are strictly on a first comes basis.

During the Show, camping is restricted to the separately fenced horse yard area, or the marked areas on the main equestrian arena, surrounding the equestrian rings and sporting areas for the Show.

Camping

1.   access to power (limited in the horse yard area)
2.   hot showers and toilets (including disabled access)

Equestrian

1. yards - spacious steel with fixed chain for large horses as well as smaller steel yards for ponies (all yards are uncovered)
2. ample float and truck parking
3. 2 x truck loading ramps
4. tap water
5. wash bay (BYO hose)
6. large equestrian grounds (allowing plenty of room for warming up)
7. cross country course (not available during the Show)
8. Enclosed sand dressage arenas (not available during the Show)
